A Hands-On Immersion into Corporate Management
Organized at FLASH Aït Melloul, the SEMECO® seminar placed students at the helm of corporate governance. Divided into competing executive teams, participants managed simulated companies across multiple virtual fiscal years.
This practical immersion developed a holistic understanding of business dynamics by connecting theoretical models directly to strategic decisions.
Team-Based Strategic Decision Making
Throughout the competition, each team managed key executive functions: pricing, production planning, capital allocation, hiring, and brand communication.
Operating under strict deadlines fostered team cohesion, negotiation skills, and critical financial analysis.
Bridging Theory and Management Practice
The SEMECO® engine incorporates real-world macro and micro-economic variables. Students learned to read financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss accounts while adapting strategy to market fluctuations and rival moves.
This active learning methodology transformed abstract managerial concepts into concrete, measurable business actions.
Strategic Communication at the Core of Business
Aligning with the Master's specialization, the SEMECO® experience prioritized internal and external communication. Teams presented strategic direction via activity reports, press briefings, and oral defenses before expert panels.
Defending managerial choices required clarity, persuasive argumentation, and professional public speaking.
International Certification and Student Outcomes
Following simulation rounds and final panel presentations, the quality of analytical work and student dedication were commended by the instructional team.
According to the official closing report, participants earned an international certification upon completing this experience.
Facilitators and Faculty Involvement
Simulation coaching and team monitoring were conducted jointly by PEIC professors and certified SEMECO® trainers.
Their supportive and rigorous guidance enabled every student to maximize learning during the five-day intensive session.
Partnerships and Academic Oversight
The SEMECO® seminar aligns with strategic partnerships forged by Ibn Zohr University to elevate student employability and graduate degree value.
FLASH Aït Melloul reaffirms its commitment to providing students with innovative pedagogical tools meeting international standards.
A Key Milestone for Professional Integration
Combining financial analysis, teamwork, and strategic communication, the SEMECO® seminar represents a decisive milestone in preparing students for consulting, leadership, and corporate communication careers.
